Tolerating Anxiety
When we struggle with anxiety, the natural instinct can be to try to reduce or eliminate our distress. While well-intentioned, this approach may be maintaining our anxiety. Instead of trying to rid yourself of anxiety, consider leaning in and working to tolerate the discomfort.
